Expertise includes grading design, public water and sanitary sewer design, cost analysis, hydrology and hydraulic analysis and modeling, and construction engineering.
Experience as project engineer/manager on multiple single-family residential subdivisions, commercial shopping centers, hospitality services, entertainment facilities, vehicle dealerships, and multi-family developments.

Urban and Regional Planner with a Master’s degree in Water Resource Management.
30 years of land and real estate development experience throughout Utah, Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, and Washington.
Proficient in property assessment for development, and maintaining efficiency and budgetary controls.
Has served on several committees and boards including the EDCUtah Board Member, Utah Housing Gap Authority with the Salt Lake Chamber of Commerce, Woods Cross Master Plan Advisory Committee, and the University of Nevada Las Vegas Architecture Review Committee.

Greg has over 15 years of experience in civil engineering and land development.
He has extensive experience in project management, civil design, land development, construction management, environmental remediation, survey, community outreach, and drafting.
His range of project experience includes civil planning, design, and construction administration for numerous governmental, institutional, educational, and other public facilities.

With 12 years of experience, Trevor designs and manages infrastructure projects for state and federal institutions, municipal, industrial, and commercial clients, and residential land developers.
His experience includes roadway design, parking lot redesign, site grading design, storm drain modeling, and design.
He has routinely communicated with community leaders and governing authorities through each of his projects and has worked with the public when fulfilling city engineer roles.

Dave has 27 years of professional management experience associated with civil engineering.
He has extensive experience in master planning, design, and construction management of transportation systems, site improvements, land-form enhancement, water distribution, storm sewer, and sanitary sewer associated with institutional, commercial, and residential land development projects.
He has designed many site civil and infrastructure systems throughout the western United States. As a result, he is familiar with current policies, procedures, design standards, and construction practices for a wide variety of project types.
Through extensive experience, Dave has established himself as a skilled Project Manager that meets the engineering needs of both large- and small-scale municipal projects.

Rod is a licensed Civil Engineer with 26 years of professional experience.
His project experience includes coordination with over 150 third-party utility companies, railroad companies, and numerous cities and federal stakeholders who owned infrastructure within the project corridors. Rod has managed the development of Master Utility Agreements, Supplemental Agreements, Cooperative Agreements, and Clearance Documents on behalf of DOTs, and to-date has executed over 350 agreements.
He has assisted in project coordination and deed preparation of over 350 ROW parcels with no project delays due to procurement. Rod has established himself as a leader on these projects, proving that he can deliver complex projects ahead of schedule.
